I feel passionate about not being the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff. While I’m not a therapist, I have been through my own trauma and am dedicated to supporting others on their journey to becoming empowered to live their best lives, feeling safe, happy and healthy.
Outside of my role here at Empowered Life I am a part time DIY’er making my house a home and am totally addicted to coffee and tattoos.
